Teags commenced her media career as a freelancer, collaborating with notable entities like Midsumma Festival and Channel 9, and later transitioned into a startup as a graphic designer, handling major clientele including Sensis, Yellow Pages New Zealand, and Telstra. During this tenure, her affinity for project management emerged, leading her to assume a dual role encompassing design and project management. Progressing to global agency R/GA, Teags further cemented her trajectory by moving into a dedicated production role. Within this capacity, she primarily engaged with the Toyota Motor Corporation Australia account, notably concentrating on the myToyota loyalty programs, and played a pivotal role in the 2020 launch and management of the GAZOO Racing Club in collaboration with R/GA and Toyota's team.
